Dear Members of Greater Fellowship Worship Centre,
Out of an abundance of caution and the unprecedented spike in COVID-19 cases within our state and local areas since the holidays, Greater Fellowship Worship Centre will be closed for in-person services during the next two weeks. Services, including Sunday School and the Spoken Word, will be fully remote and accessible through the link on our website at www.GetToGreater.org. Those dates are:
• Sunday, January 16th starting at 9am, and
• Sunday, January 23rd starting at 9am.
Navigating the current serge in cases is particularly challenging due to the Delta and Omicron variants; however, it is necessary for the health and safety of our members and friends to take every precaution. We value everyone, and we’re here to be of service. So if you joined us for in-person services on either Sunday, January 2nd or Sunday, January 9th and:
• You have traveled out of the state in the past month;
• Or, you have a fever or are experiencing symptoms of cold, flu or covid-19;
• Or, if you have been in close contact with someone who is experiencing these symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days or during the next 7 days,
please feel free to contact Elder Lewis to assist with immediate contact tracing. She will work diligently and with as much discretion as possible to protect your privacy while keeping relevant parties informed.
We hope and pray that the positivity rates for COVID-19 begin to decline so that we can return to in-person services on Sunday, January 30th, however, it is vital that we monitor the situation and provide updates accordingly. The latest information for our services will be available on our website at www.GetToGreater.org and social media platforms.
Yours In Christian Love,
The Pastor
